Katy Elementary has earned the Texas Successful School Award Exemplary Rating for the past eleven years. Katy Elementary is proud to be one of 26 Texas public schools named by U.S. Deparment of Education as 2006 No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbon School. For three years Katy Elementary has been named to the TBEC/JFTK Honor Roll and also received a 5-star rating from Texas Monthly Magazine. In 1995, Katy Elementary was the U.S. Department of Education's Grand Prize Winner of the Strong Families/Strong Schools Most Promising Practices Competition. 

We are so proud of our students' achievements!  We realize that this is truly a team effort - children, teachers, other faculty members, parents, volunteers, mentors, tutors and business partners. Way to go, team!
