Paying for College or Career/Technical Schools
Planning for the high cost of college has never been more critical to your family’s financial health. Katy ISD Community Education is sponsoring free workshops that will teach you how to:
- Plug into $10+ billion dollars of grant money
- Learn how private colleges may be less expensive than state schools
- Identify forgivable loans exceeding $46,000
- Learn about out of state public schools which often waive out of state tuition
- Learn how to improve your financial aid awards
- Identify schools more generous with their aid dollars
- Learn how higher income families can qualify for “need based” financial aid
Please choose one of the following dates offered at either Cinco Ranch High School or Taylor High School.
Cinco Ranch High School
Workshops are held second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the LGI Room (2nd floor above main office suite)

Taylor High School
Workshop will be held in the library (inside main entrance next to flag pole)
- Thursday, November 6 at 7 P.M.
