Planning for the high cost of college has never been more critical to your family’s financial health. Katy ISD Community Education is sponsoring free workshops that will teach you how to:

  • Plug into $10+ billion dollars of grant money
  • Learn how private colleges may be less expensive than state schools
  • Identify forgivable loans exceeding $46,000
  • Learn about out of state public schools which often waive out of state tuition
  • Learn how to improve your financial aid awards
  • Identify schools more generous with their aid dollars
  • Learn how higher income families can qualify for “need based” financial aid

Summer meetings will take place on the second Tuesday of each month, June 9, July 14 and August 11.  All workshops will be held in Room 1200 of the Education Support Center (ESC - connected to the Merrell Center) and start at 7 P. M. Please come in the south facing (towards the Katy Freeway) STAFF DEVELOPMENT entrance.

For more information please contact Ross Raymond at: 832-877-7557 or by e-mail at RossRaymond1@aol.com.
