Military Academy Night...interested in the Air Force Academy, Naval Academy, West Point or the Coast Guard Academy? If so, then you might want to attend Military Academy Night on Tuesday, Nov. 24th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Education Support Complex, Board Room. NASA Johnson Space Center High School Aerospace Scholars: NASA is looking for Texas high school juniors interested in math, science, engineering, or computer science. This program is an interactive, online learning experience where juniors complete Web-based lessons during the school year and travel to NASA for a fully paid 6 day summer experience and discover career opportunities at NASA. Texas A & M University Student Leaders of Tomorrow (SLOT) Conference: to be held February 12-14, 2010, is a weekend event for high school juniors and seniors. It is designed to enhance traits of leadership and personal development. Registration is now open and forms are available at http://slot.tamu.edu . YES - Young Epidemiology Scholars
Criteria: high school junior or senior; U.S. citizen; must submit a research project that sheds light on a health problem, using the methods of analysis employed by epidemiologists
Award Amount: up to $50,000
