The Katy ISD summer break starts June 2 and continues until the first day of the 2008-09 school year which is August 25. The Mayde Creek campus will be closed due to renovation. A limited staff will be located at Cimarron Elementary during the summer but most student-related personnel will be gone. 

As we near the 2008-09 school year, please check back here to view important updates regarding various events and deadlines. Also, check Katyisd.org for registration information as well as district-wide events such as open houses, orientations, school supply lists, and transportation information. In addition, one can access our parent programs such as the Parent Information Center and MealPay from the district website.

Class Rosters will be posted on Wednesday, August 20 by 5pm.

Meet the Teacher Night/Parent Orientation - Thursday, August 21
Kinder/pre-k- gym at 6:00pm
1st - Cafeteria at 6:00pm
2nd- gym at 7:00pm
3rd- Cafeteria at 7:00pm
4th- LGI at 7:00pm
