The district athletic office has decided to offer JH sports passes for $40. These passes can be purchased in the *_KISD athletic office_* and can be used for entrance into JH sporting events. These passes will admit the pass holder +1. For information or to purchase, please contact the KISD athletic office.
October 23
Last night the 8A volleyball team came alive against McMeans. The Gators stunned the Bobcats winning the first game of the match. The Gators battled through the next two and fell just short of winning the match. But, the team came together and played a fantastic match. The players of the week are the entire Gator Team. Great Job Ladies!
Next week the Gators will travel down the road to take down the little ponies from Cardiff JH. Go get ‘em Gators!!!
The Gator B Team also played a dazzling match. The Gators lost the match, but only by a total of 4 points for the whole match! Great Job Ladies! Next week the Gators will travel down the road to take down the little ponies from Cardiff JH. Go get ‘em Gators!!!
October 21
Last night our White team came out on fire. A great offensive and defensive game enabled the Gators to roll over the kittens from McMeans 21-0.
The second week in a row our Green team started off slow, and for the second week in a row, they stepped it up in the second half. A solid defensive effort was given the entire game, as McMeans was held to 0 points, and we forced a safety!!
The entire defense will get helmet stickers for the shutout and safety forced last night!
Our annual rivalry will be renewed next week as we play the Cardiff crybabies…I mean Colts. Get excited and come watch our Gators at home next week!
October 16 - Volleyball
Last night the 8^th Grade B and C volleyball teams beat the McDonald Panthers. It was an all around great team effort.
The B team played an outstanding match as well.
The A team continued to struggle last night as they fell to the Lady Panthers.
The Gators will be back at home next Thursday to take on McMeans JH.
October 15 - Football
Last night at Rhodes stadium the 8th grade white team lost to McDonald 20-0.
In the late game the Green team tied McDonald 28-28 The offensive line played a good game opening up hole all night for the wingbacks.
Come out next week to see the gators play McMeans at Taylor HS on Tuesday October 20th at 5 And 6 PM. Good Luck Gators.
October 13
MCHS Volleyball team will recognize the MCJH Lady Gator Volleyball team on Friday this week during their matches against Taylor. Tailgators is providing pizza for the girls after school and they will walk to the game after that. Players need to wear their volleyball shirts. The girls need to have someone pick them up at MCHS by 7:30.
There is also a pep rally for the football and volleyball teams on Friday starting around 1:30. Just in case parents were not aware.

Here's the scoop from last night's FB game!
Last night the 8th grade white team played to a zero, zero tie against Memorial Parkway. The Green team lost the night cap to the Memorial Parkway Eagles.
The 8th grade football teams play Mcdonald JH at Rhodes Stadium at 5pm and 6pm on Wednesday October 14^th . Good luck next week to the Gators.
October 3
Last night the 8^th grade Lady Gators had a tough battle with the Mavericks of Morton Ranch. The Gators fought hard in all three games, but we unable to come up with wins. The 8C team hung tough and took the Mavericks to 3 games. The C team was led by Katherine Myers who had a match high 7 service points. In the B game, the Gators struggled against the hard Maverick servers. The A team fought back from a 13 point deficit but fell short in the first game of the match. The Morton Ranch servers again proved too be tough for the Gators.

Wednesday 9/23, 8th grade football West Memorial. 7th Grade Football from Monday night 9/21:
Unfortunately our Gator team game was cancelled due to lightning, although we know that they would have taken it to the Beck Bulldogs!
White team- The white team played a complete game after taking the opening kickoff back for a touchdown, and utterly dominated on both sides of the ball, winning 20-0!!
Green team - Played a determined West Mo team who managed a couple big touchdown plays. Although our gators dominated them on offense, our mistakes on defense, and their big play on special teams enabled them to sneak in one more touchdown than we could.
Also remember we have Gator Spirit items available at the Concessions stands both at MCJH during Home Volleyball games and MCHS at Home Football games. Don't forget to get your Gator Green with a Gator Pride Yard Sign ($12), MC Water Bottle ($5) and Tailgator T Shirt ($12).
Lastly, we appreciate you all stepping up and working Concessions.
We're close to raising enough money for a sound system for both the Practice and Competition Gyms and more!
