MCJH Counselor, Ms. Susan Courter has retired. We are grateful for her years of service at The Creek. Until we find a replacement, Lois Pierce, 6th grade counselor, will take care of 7th grade students with last name A-L. Meredith Keener, 8th grade counselor, will take care of 7th grade students with the last name M-Z.
| Student Assistance Program, or SAP, is a school based program that includes a systematic effort to identify, refer, educate and support students who exhibit difficulties with learning, and/or academic failures which are interfering with a student’s education and life development.
The goal of the program is to offer a support network that will improve the student’s communication ability, coping skills and self esteem. This can result in a more positive attitude toward school, healthy friendships and an increase in appropriate behaviors.

SAP es un programa escolar que incluye un esfuerzo sistemático para identificar, referir, educar, y apoyar a los estudiantes que exhiben dificultades de aprendizaje y fracazo académico; los cuales están interfiriendo con la educación del estudiante y desarrollo de su vida.
La meta del programa es de ofrecer apoyo para incrementar la habilidad de comunicación del estudiante, destrezas de aceptación y auto estima. Esto resultará en que el estudiante tenga una actividad más positiva hacia la escuela, amistades beneficiosas y un incremento apropiado de su comportamiento.
