Attention: Parents of Seniors and those with students currently in college.

If your student will attend college, technical, vocational, or career school in 2008, and aid is requested, the U. S. Dept. of Education requires a Free Application For Student Aid (FAFSA) form be submitted.  Historically, 42% are filed with errors resulting in seriously delayed processing.  As financial aid is often awarded "first come, first serve," errors are costly for Katy ISD families.  The FAFSA is accepted beginning January 2!

Seniors:  The George Dickerson-Monroe Morton Memorial Scholarship Application is available in the Counselors Office.  You will need to complete the application, a statement of not more than 150 words and submit a high school transcript.
