8/18 – 8/21 Senior Portraits @ MRHS (Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 4:00 PM)
8/18 Maverick Night-Students will pick up a course verification form (listing the classes they are enrolled in), locker assignment, check out textbooks, pay ART fees, pay PE fees, pay AG fees, purchase AP/PAP books, buy pizza, buy smoothies, meet coaches/directors, ask questions, tour the school. (5:00 – 7:00 P.M.)
8/21 – 8/22 Seniors select and paint personalized parking spots in the morning and take Senior pictures with Bryn-Alan Photography
8/23 Project Grad 2009 Car Wash
8/25 First Day School (Beginning of 1st Six Weeks)
8/27 Senior Class Meeting – 1st period in the PAC
8/28 Seniors nominate candidates for Homecoming Court during Homeroom. Homecoming court will be announced at the end of the school day.
9/1 Labor Day Holiday
9/2 Seniors finalize top 10 Homecoming Court during Homeroom (Vote)
9/3 Project Grad 2009 Parents’ Meeting in LGI @ 7:00 PM
9/5 Announce Senior Homecoming Court
9/8 Open House @ 7:00 P.M.
9/11 Homecoming Court Photo Day-7:30 AM in the Rotunda
9/13 ACT @ Katy High School & Mayde Creek High School
9/17 Homecoming rehearsal @ 3:00 PM – MRHS Stadium field
9/22 Senior Parent Night (PAC @ 7:00 PM)
9/23 Seniors Fund Raiser Assembly with USA during Homeroom
9/26 End of 1st Six Weeks Grading Period/Early Release
