PARENT NIGHT OUT With Dr. Russell Sabella
From podcasts to porn, cyberbullying to cell phones, Dr. Russell Sabella will help participants understand the risks that emerge when high-tech tools, uninformed parents, and exuberant youth collide. Because kids are growing up with modern technologies, many are more expert than their parents. This workshop will empower parents, educators, and other care takers to better understand the electronic terrain. Participants will be better able to help children safely and securely navigate a minefield of inappropriate and risky situations.
THURSDAY, November 6, 2008
MORTON RANCH HIGH SCHOOL PAC

| Do you need your student's PIN for the online grades in the Parent Information Center? If your student was enrolled in Katy ISD last year, it was sent home in a letter. If they enrolled this year, it should have been given to you when you enrolled. If you no longer have it or never received it, you can call our registrar at 281-237-7473 or our ITF at 281-237-7412 to get it. You will be asked to answer some security questions before it is given to you. | |
|
Have you read the "Round Up" newsletter that is sent home with students? It has lots of important information in it, PLUS entertaining and interesting items for your enjoyment. If you didn't get one at home, go to the Publications and Documents page in the left hand navigation and download your own copy! | |

The 7th grade Football game scheduled for tonight will be played at MAYDE CREEK HS, not Morton Ranch HS. Morton Ranch high school will be having a town pep rally this evening that was rescheduled due to the hurricane. If you choose to attend either I know the athletes and parents appreciate your support.
(Tomorrow night’s 8th grade game will be played as scheduled)
Thanks-
Coach Herrington
