Please go to the Katyisd website; click on the parent link; scroll to “online pre-enrollment” and start the enrollment process.  There is also a link on the Alexander webpage.    

When you register, we will need the following documentation:

 *Pre-enrollment form printed from your online enrollment

*Student’s birth certificate or passport

*Current immunization record

*Proof of Residence (water, gas or electric bill only; or closing documents on your home) We cannot use cell phone bills, insurance documents, cable bills, etc. as Proof of Residence.  Only those 3 major utilities mention are acceptable. 

*Parent driver’s license

*Social security card is optional.

 We cannot place your child in a class without the above documentation.
