Please notify registrars as soon as you know you will be leaving SLHS.  paperwork needs to be prepared, so please give as much advance notice as possible.  parent/guardian will need to come to the Registrar's office, sign paperwork & have iD copied.  we will give you necessary paperwork to enroll in your new school.

At any time before registration - On KatyISD.org, Click "Online Pre-Enrollment" and enter information.  Print & bring to registration.

Birth Certificate and/or Passport   *   Social Security Card (not required)   *  Immunization Records      Report Card/Transcript from previous school   *   proof of residence   *    Click Here for All acceptable documents & District Information    *    Print-out of Online Enrollment

Sometimes transcript lists simply “Math” or “Science” or “Social Studies”. 

We will need to determine what specific skills they were learning, for math –Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, etc.; science – Biology, Physical Science, Chemistry, etc.; social studies – World History, World Geography, Economics

If we can't determine what class is by title, student will have to take placement test to determine credit given.
