The following items should be brought to registration:
Birth Certificate/Passport - Immunization Records - Social Security Card (not required) – Report Card or Transcript from previous school - Proof of Residence -to see acceptable documents click here: http://www.katyisd.org/parents/Documents/Acceptable_Documents_Enrollment.pdf
At any time before you come to the Registrars’ Office, you may go online to the Katy ISD Pre-Enrollment form. You may complete the information, print the sheets and bring them with you to the office.
Registration packets are available for pick-up at Taylor High School during our business hours year-round.
If your student is residing with someone other than their parent or the student and parent live in a residence and the proof of residence is under someone else’s name, then there will be additional papers to complete, have notarized and filed with the KISD Police Department.
