· If you did not receive your student’s PIN number to access his/her grades in the Parent Information Center contact the registrar.
· Please remember to call our office if your phone number has changed. It is important to have current information on file in case of an emergency or illness.
· Parents should notify the registrar at least 24 hours prior to student withdrawal.
· Notify us as soon as possible if you have moved or are planning to move. We are required to have a current proof of residence (recent utility bill-water, gas or electric, or house/apartment lease) on file for every student. Complete the attached form and return it to the office as soon as possible.

Front Office Procedures for Student Deliveries
· Items delivered to the front office for a student will need to be signed-in on the Student Delivery Log.
· A message will be sent either during the first 5 minutes or last 5 minutes of class or when an office aide is available to take a message to the student.
· The student will need to sign-out the item delivered on the Student Delivery Log.
· It is the students responsibility to claim the item during the day. The school cannot guarantee that a message will be delivered immediately nor can we guarantee that the student will claim the item.
· Parents requesting students to call home- students may call home during lunch or advisory only.
