Announcements

The Katy ISD summer break starts June 5 and continues until the first day of the 2009-10 school year, which is August 24. A limited staff will be on campus during the summer but most student-related personnel will be gone. 

As we near the 2009-10 school year, please check back here to view important updates regarding various events and deadlines. Also, check Katyisd.org for registration information as well as district-wide events such as open houses, orientations, school supply lists, and transportation information. In addition, you can access our parent programs such as the Parent Information Center and MealPay from the district website.

Summer Office Hours starting June 5th
Monday through Thursday, 7 am - 5 pm (office closed noon - 1 pm for lunch)

Fish Camp
Cinco Ranch High School will have their annual Freshmen Fish Camp on August 7, 2009 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.  Fish Camp is an opportunity for incoming freshmen to tour the school, meet new friends and get ready for the first day of school.  Fish Camp will be followed by a dance that same evening from 7-10 PM.  Download the flyer for more information and to register, or call 281-237-7000.

Round Up
Cinco Ranch High School Round Up will be held on August 4th for  Sophomores, August 5th  for Juniors and August 6th for Seniors. This is a chance for students to pick their class list, find their locker, get textbooks, take yearbook pictures, pick up ID Badges and get ready for the first day of school.  Download the flyer for more information or call 281-237-7000.  

Seniors
Graduation is Sunday, June 7 at 2:00.  Students are to report at 12:45.  Any extra tickets to the ceremony will be distributed at the Merrell Center box office on a first-come, first-served basis one hour prior to the graduation ceremony.

Project Grad Tickets can still be purchased by calling Jennifer Miller at 281-395-6539.  If you did not receive your Project Grad T-shirt at Chill Out you can pick it up at the sign-in desk.

Bilingual Help
Every year CRHS gets a lot of new students from outside of Texas.  If you have moved in from out of the state, or out of the country, or you are bilingual, the International/Interstate Networking group needs your help during Registration days August 10, 11, and 12.  CATS Hours will be given, for more information email nilgun.ulkem@gmail.com.

Students moving over summer need to notify the registrar
Come to room 1505 between 7:10 and 3:10 Monday-Friday.  Records will be sent when new school sends records request to FAX 281-644-1735.  Overseas students will need to hand carry documents so let us know your last day here for earliest pickup in the registrar’s office.
